Life and cycletime calculation results are the results based on the theoretical calculation and do not always guarantee the actual life and cycletime of our products.

The acceleration used is average acceleration.

In actual operation, the life of products may shorten depending on the use conditions such as the operating environment, lubricated condition, and the mount accuracy and rigidity.

When using an LM guide with our single-axis actuator, the ball screw life may shorten. Contact us for detailed information.

The load factors used for calculation are based on our empirical data. Depending on the actual operating conditions, a safety factor should be added.

As settling time for positioning, please add adequate amount of time to the simulation result depending on the motor and driver used.
